Reveille Group is a strategic advisory consulting firm based out of Washington, DC. We are focused on providing our diverse clients with innovative solutions in strategic planning, communications, and management. We are looking to bring on a part-time integral team member to support our internal corporate functions. We desire someone with experience in written and verbal communications (social media, policy and procedure development, etc.), interpersonal skills development, and project management.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting business development functions with corporate executives (tracking events, opportunities, business development workflow and logistics)
  • Supporting the corporate strategic communications team in building out thought leadership, social media posts, and other support as needed
  • Support proposal development (communications, schedule and priority management, data calls)
  • Draft policy and procedure guides for corporate functions
  • Research and plan corporate social events
  • Support office administration tasks as needed


  • Bachelor’s Degree (or in active pursuit to receiving a Bachelor’s degree)
  • 1+ years specific/relevant work experience
  • Must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, time management, and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to self-manage tasks and communicate status proactively to corporate executives
  • This is a part-time position based in Washington, DC with remote work capability. We estimate 10-20 hours per week (flexible)
