Reveille Group is a strategic advisory consulting firm based out of Washington, DC. We are focused on providing our diverse clients with innovative solutions in strategic planning, communications, and management. We are looking to bring on an integral team member to support an upcoming project. We desire someone with extensive experience in project management, communications, and training development and implementation.

Responsibilities include:

· Serve as a liaison to government and non-profit/grant organization stakeholders, communicating changes, direction, developing relationship, building processes to integrate the lifecycle ecosystem

· Serve as team SME on management system case inquiries and troubleshooting, managing the team’s standard operating procedures and communication guides

· Develop case proof of concept and mockups for Salesforce enhancements and business process re-engineering efforts

· Developing and managing the team’s change control board process (Salesforce governance team)

· Lead monthly stakeholder engagement call (60+ field offices) to communicate program updates and strategic objectives

· Lead curriculum lifecycle enhancement process, ensuring timelines and content development are met

· Support nation-wide engagement summits (e.g., Hiring our Heroes) – coordinating government POCs, ensuring client awareness and presence

· Support automation and integration of training class operations (business processes, data entry/upload)

· Identify areas for improvement in existing and future state process (e.g., materials and shipping, data integration, business processes, stakeholder communication)

· Serve as a functional business analyst for the team’s Tableau data analytics capability (in coordination with onsite Data Analytics SME)

· Provide quality assurance over team activities, identifying touchpoints and bringing ideas to the table for process and infrastructure improvement


· Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (criminal background check)

· A minimum of 2 years’ of consulting experience

· Bachelors or Master’s degree in a related field

· Strong problem solving skills

· Strong communication skills

· Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Excellent attention to detail

· Experience developing briefings and talking points

· Strong analytical skills

· Ability to work either independently or on a team

· U.S. Citizen (born or naturalized)

· A willingness to work onsite full-time in downtown Washington, D.C.
