Reveille Group is a strategic advisory consulting firm based out of Washington, DC. We are focused on providing our diverse clients with innovative solutions in strategic planning, communications, and management. We are looking to bring on an integral team member to support an upcoming project. We desire someone with diverse experience and skills in policy research/review, policy drafting, and general consulting. Candidates for this position will work closely with our client agency, serving as a Policy Program Specialist supporting an agency-wide policy development.

Responsibilities include:

· Research Policy and draft policy recommendation papers providing value added analysis

· Reviews Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Regulations to support policy recommendations

· Organize project documents

· Updates and manages agency policy and handbook requirements

· Edits policy based upon stakeholder feedback

· Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues

· Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products

· Translate analysis findings into written documents, briefings, and graphics as needed

Minimum requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy or related field

· 2+ years related experience

· Consulting experience required

· Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

· Experience supporting federal agencies in policy planning efforts

· Experience leading requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings

· Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization

· Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement

· Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills

· Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite

Desired experience and certifications:

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

· Superior knowledge of Department of Labor policy and initiatives

· Advanced Degree in Public Policy or Certifications in related field
