Reveille Group is a strategic advisory consulting firm based out of Washington, DC. We are focused on providing our diverse clients with innovative solutions in strategic planning, communications, and management. We are looking to bring on an integral team member to support an existing project. We desire someone with extensive experience in project management, software development, and website development and maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

· Engaging in daily client consultation and deliverable development

· Managing multiple website maintenance and enhancement efforts

· Managing deliverables, including the preparation of timelines and managing resources

· Serving as an onsite project manager

· Facilitating reoccurring development and design meetings

· Overseeing all corresponding timelines and resource utilization


· Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (criminal background check)

· A minimum of 2 years’ of consulting experience

· Experience with Jekyll and GitHub

· Bachelors or Master’s degree in a related field

· 4-8 years of experience in web design/development

· Strong problem solving skills

· Strong website design capabilities

· Strong communication skills

· Experience with designing accessibility and 508 compliance

· Excellent project planning skills

· Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Excellent attention to detail

· Experience developing briefings and talking points

· Strong analytical skills

· Ability to work either independently or on a team

· U.S. Citizen (born or naturalized)

· A willingness to work onsite full-time in downtown Washington, D.C.


· Experience designing for Federal Agencies

· Experience with several web design and content management tools

· Experience with Python or Java

· Experience with federal government contracts

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and peers

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro),

· Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and software quickly

· Analytical approach to problem solving

· Advanced experience using Web-tools, such as Adobe and Google products

· Experience and comfort performing in a co-located setting as well as a distributed team environment
