Reveille Group is a strategic advisory consulting firm based out of Washington, DC. We are focused on providing our diverse clients with innovative solutions in strategic planning, communications, and management. We are looking to bring on an integral team member to support an upcoming project. We desire someone with diverse experience and skills in policy research/review, policy drafting, and general consulting. Candidates for this position will work closely with our client agency, serving as a Project Manager supporting an agency-wide modernization and streamlining of policy requirements.

Responsibilities include:

· Provide project oversight and guidance to accomplish project requirements and meet pre-determined deadlines

· Manage project processes and procedures

· Reviews Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Regulations to support policy recommendations

· Final edit and review of all project documents and deliverables

· Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products

· Communicate and collaborate with National and Regional client stakeholders

· Edits policy based upon stakeholder feedback

· Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues

· Develop and maintain the project work plan

· Analysis and recommendations for government collaboration sites

· Streamline and update areas identified with the client

· Quality Control and Quality ssurance

Minimum requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy or related field

· 6+ years related experience

· Consulting experience required

· Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

· Experience supporting federal agencies in policy planning efforts

· Experience leading requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings

· Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization

· Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement

· Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills

· Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite

Desired experience and certifications:

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

· Superior knowledge of Department of Labor policy and initiatives

· Advanced Degree in Public Policy or Certifications in related field
